Content Is King: Rajo Laurel Explores World Of Fashion Design In New YouTube Channel
The accomplished designer is adding “vlogger” under his belt.
Rajo Laurel has officially launched his YouTube channel, where he will vlog his knowledge of fashion design, among other topics.
“I’ve been in the fashion industry for more than 25 years and currently head the House of Laurel brand. My motto in life: ‘Try and try until you die’ and ‘Continue to learn every day.’ Come and join me on this journey as I learn how to vlog and share what I know about fashion design, my travels, and my life. Learn with me. I hope you get inspired and empowered,” the channel’s description reads.
The Filipino fashion designer will allow his fans and audience to get to know him more personally through vlogging. Particularly, he wants to share his passion, sense of purpose, and his everyday life.
He initially found the thought of vlogging to be daunting. However, his desire to learn and engage with his followers and fellow designers persevered.
“One of the things that I am learning now as I become a true tito (uncle) of the world is to just say ‘yes.’ Especially to new experiences and opportunities,” Laurel said.
His initial uploads include “Fast Talk” and “House of Laurel Studio Tour.”
In the first video, Laurel shares his routine, inspirations, and favorites through a sit-down interview.
The second video, meanwhile, takes fans and aspiring designers on a tour of House of Laurel, including the design process.
